Seasonal customers choose either weekly or bi-weekly recurring service throughout the normal lawn-care season.
Twelve months of planned property care
Year-round service continues through every season, with visit frequency changing to match the normal needs of the property.
We increase service when the lawn is actively growing and reduce frequency when growth slows.
Winter property care and applicable seasonal services.
Transition into the active growing season.
Regular weekly service during the primary growing season.
Fall maintenance as lawn growth begins to slow.
Your service frequency changes with the seasons, but your regular monthly payment does not. We calculate the regular cost of the full year-round program and divide it into 12 equal monthly payments.
That means no large summer swings in your regular lawn-care bill simply because we are visiting more often. Individual add-on services are billed separately.
You do not necessarily need to move to a larger package just because you need an occasional service that is not included in your regular plan.
Availability and timing depend on the property, season and selected plan.
Basic covers routine lawn maintenance. Advanced includes everything in Basic plus aeration, fertilization and fungus management. Premium includes everything in Advanced plus weed management, pest management and soil testing.
Normal seasonal service runs March through November. Seasonal customers may choose weekly or bi-weekly recurring service.
Year-round service is monthly December through February, bi-weekly March and April, weekly May through September, and bi-weekly October and November.
The regular cost of the full year-round program is divided into 12 equal monthly payments. The payment is not simply the price of the number of visits made during that particular month.
